FREE UK2U SERVICE:	We'll give you a local number in the UK (starting with 0844...) that you can give to family and friends back home. They'll dial this easy local number to ring you in France, and it will cost them only 2p/min from any landline in the UK.
ENGLISH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE	Unlike all other broadband services in France, Teleconnect provides you with full support in English. We provide complete set-up instructions in English, and if you should need assistance, our English-speaking technical team is available to help via a dedicated hotline. If you are still nervous, or have any problems - if you live within a reasonable distance of South Vendée we can come and install for you (for a small additional fee) Of course, the multilingual help desk (French, English, Dutch, German) is available to to assist you with billing and other customer service issues.

What is broadband?

Broadband is a technology which is being adopted around the world to enable better use of existing telephone cables. Broadband uses the same telephone network to move data much quicker - and it does it in such a way that you can use the internet and your telephone at the same time.

You may also hear the terms high-speed, ADSL, and in France haut-debit to describe the technology.

Whist the technology has been available for years, implementing it does need some changes by telecoms companies, especially in rural areas. The Vendée is the first rural department in France to be 100% covered by a broadband service - so if you are in the Vendée you can (almost certainly) get a broadband internet connection - and probably for less than you think (in fact with this offer you may well save money by making the switch).
